✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I totally understand that life happens — especially for my busy moms, brides, and boss babes! Because each appointment is reserved just for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 📌 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. 📌 No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. I will always do my absolute best to accommodate you and get you rescheduled as quickly as possible. ✨ Why No-Shows Are Charged Full Price When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I prepare your solution, set up my studio, and block that spot so no one else can take it. When someone doesn’t show up without notice, it leaves an empty space I could have offered to another client — and as a small business, that time truly matters. Because of this, no-shows are charged 100% of the service price. It protects my time, my business, and ensures I can continue giving every client the level of care and attention they deserve. I promise I will always do my absolute best to be flexible, understanding, and accommodating when life happens — communication goes a long way, and I’m always grateful for it. 💛
